High dose Naltrexone success for fatigue
My fatigue slowly lessened. This won’t help with lack of sleep, but horrible fatigue, yes! My Dr ordered 50 mg Naltrexone (free in California) twice a day to combat crippling fatigue. I started with 25 mg once a day for 2 weeks, then increased to 50 mg. I’ve taken it for 14 months.
