Game changer.
LDN bumped me from moderate to mild and kept me there for months. I had a crash from minor surgery a few months after I started it and it didn’t keep that from happening, but I’m almost fully recovered now after a month, and I do think that improvement time is likely helped my keeping up the LDN.
